Each order will receive tracking information with US postal service via email they provided. 

Orders will be processed usually within 24-72 hours of ordering and usually arrive if in the US with in 3-5 days of shipping. 

If your order has been marked delivered but you haven't received it, please let us know.  We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages but we'll do everything we can to make sure your package is delivered. 

Kingdom Crowned is not responsible for delays in USPS/UPS shipping, lost/stolen or damaged or marked delivered items.

International Taxes, & Duties: All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.
